Information for The Academic Participants

There is no fee to participate in ESGI'120. One needs, however, to download and fill in the Registration Form (in pdf or doc format) and send it to the email address of the event, esgi@fmi.uni-sofia.bg by July 15, 2016.

The lunches and the Reception for all of the participants will be covered by the organizers.

After the event, all the groups should prepare reports, describing their work, that will be published on the website as well as published in a booklet of Final Reports.

Financial Support

Participants may apply for (partial) financial support for accommodation. In order to do so they should submit a CV and a Motivation Letter to the ESGI'120 e-mail address, clearly stating their academic status and declaring that they do not have other sources for funding the participation in ESGI'120.

The deadline for application is May, 31. The decision of the Organizing Committee will be announced by June, 15.
